FAQ

When do the gates open?
Gates at Jerry Uht Park open at 6:00 pm for all night games all season long. For all other games, the typical gates open one-hour prior to the start of the game. Only season ticket holders may enter the park 10 minutes prior to the gates officially opening.

Can I bring any food or beverage in to the game?
No. It is an Eastern League policy that no outside food or beverage may be brought in to any stadium in the league.

Can I bring a backpack or bag in to the game?
Yes. Bags are permitted in the stadium and are subject to inspection by stadium security.

When it rains how do I find out if the game is delayed or postponed?
Typically a decision to delay or postpone a game is not made until game time. In the event of a delay or postponement the SeaWolves will contact the local media (television and radio) and will also post something on the front page of this Web site.

If I have a ticket for a game that was postponed what is the raincheck policy?
Tickets for games in which 4 and ½ innings were not completed can be exchanged for face value at the Jerry Uht Park box office for ANY future game based upon seating availability.

I have unused tickets for games that were played. Can I exchange these tickets?
Only unused Season Tickets and mini-package tickets can be exchanged for other games. Unused group tickets and individual sale tickets may not be exchanged or refunded.

I ordered my tickets via the phone or Web site and need to pick them up at Will Call. Where is the Will Call window located?
The Will Call window is located right near the main gates of Jerry Uht Park and is labeled “Will Call” under the green awnings.

Where can we park and how much does it cost?
The SeaWolves do not own or control any parking lots around Jerry Uht Park, however there are several lots and on street parking all around the stadium. Most lots and ramps around the ballpark cost $4.00 per vehicle and there is some free parking along the streets.

We are celebrating a special occasion at the ballpark. Can I have an announcement made?
Yes. We are happy to recognize birthdays, anniversary's, and other special occasions on our public address system. Simply call the SeaWolves office at least 24 hours prior to the game (814-456-1300) or visit the Advanced Ticket Window inside the ballpark to make your request.

How can kids get autographs from SeaWolves players?
The Eastern League prohibits players from signing autographs 15 minutes prior to the start of the game until the last out is made. Please feel free to approach any player or coach for an autograph along the baselines, by the dugouts, and at our many community appearances.

Can I purchase merchandise on non-gamedays and when the SeaWolves are not playing?
Yes. You now can shop 24 hours-a- day right here at our online store. Take advantage of the fast, convenient ordering and delivery. Or you can visit the front office of Jerry Uht Park during the week from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

I / my group is interested in singing the National Anthem. How can we be selected?
Groups or individuals interested in singing the National Anthem prior to a game can tryout during open tryouts typically held in March each year. If you should miss the tryout you can call the SeaWolves offices at 456-1300 and request a time to tryout.

Do the SeaWolves hold tryouts?
No, the SeaWolves do not hold their own tryouts. Individuals interested in trying out for the team need to call the Major League Scouting Bureau at (909) 980-1881.
