Erie SeaWolves Charitable Donation Guidelines

The Erie SeaWolves provide support to a wide range of charities and community organizations each year through charitable donations.

Below are some guidelines:

The Erie SeaWolves try to accommodate most every request throughout the Western Pennsylvania and tri-state area. However, due to the large number of requests, the team may not be able to accommodate all donation requests.

The Erie SeaWolves do not accept items from outside organizations, charitable or otherwise, to be autographed for fundraising events.

Procedures

All donation requests should be made in writing on your organization's letterhead at least 6 weeks prior to your event date. We ask that each organization submit only one donation request per year in order to accommodate as many organizations as possible.
