- Visit your nearest McDonald's for a Lil' Wolves registration form and bring it to the SeaWolves offices at 110 East Tenth Street with your payment!
- Print out the registration form and bring it to the SeaWolves offices with your payment.
Remember kids, if you're under 13 you must get your Mom, Dad or legal guardian to fill the form out for you!
