EVERY NIGHT IS A SHOW
The Erie SeaWolves are pleased to announce that each night at Jerry Uht Park this summer will feature a special theme. As a part of our show in 2008, every game will have a different flavor for our fans. Here are the theme nights for 2008:
MONDAY – BUCK NIGHT
The ever so popular GoErie.com BUCK NIGHT will return in 2008. There will be eight (8) Buck Night’s and they will once again feature great concessions specials of Smith’s Hot Dogs, Pepsi products, popcorn and draft beer for only $1 each. Ticket price will also remain $3 in 2008 for all Reserved Seats for Buck Night.
TUESDAY – FAMILY BUCK NIGHT
The popularity of Buck Night created a new fare at the ballpark in 2007 with GoErie.com’s Family Buck Night. The great success of Family Buck Nights has given a new twist on an old favorite. Every Tuesday, fans can purchase tickets for only $3 for Reserved Seats and receive concessions specials of Smith’s Hot Dogs, Pepsi products, popcorn and cotton candy for just $1 each.
WEDNESDAY – WACKY WEDNESDAY
New in 2008 is Wacky Wednesday. Wacky Wednesday’s will feature off-the-wall, oddball promotions. Everything from a Giant Pajama Party to Clunker Car Night, an Elvis celebration and a Salute to Silly…if its wacky and its new then its at “The Uht” on Wednesday nights. Baseball Bingo also returns each Wednesday.
THURSDAY – THROWBACK THURSDAY
Every Thursday we turn back the clock to 1999 as we celebrate the 10-Year Anniversary of Double-A Baseball in Erie. The team will don throwback uniforms of the 1999-2000 seasons and each of the 10 Thursdays features a 10th anniversary MVP card giveaway. The oversized baseball cards will have the MVP of each of the 10 seasons of Double-A beginning with the 1999 MVP card on April 10 and concluding with the 2008 MVP on August 28.
FRIDAY – FREEBIE FRIDAY
Freebie Friday is just that…a giveaway item EVERY FRIDAY NIGHT. Fans will have the opportunity to collect a number of great giveaway items from bobbleheads, SeaWolves caps, playing cards and more.
SATURDAY – SUPER SATURDAY
Saturday’s this season are jammed pack with fun for the entire family. The ‘Wolves have added THREE additional fireworks shows, each to be held on Saturdays. The first ever TIGER MANIA will be held on August 2, celebrating the ‘Wolves parent club. Select Saturdays will feature SUPER giveaways and new themes. Saturday’s also features FREE Kids Fests and Kids Run the Bases following the game.
SUNDAY – SCRATCH AND WIN SUNDAY
On Sunday, everyone’s a winner at “The Uht!” Each fan will receive a Wendy’s Scratch off card upon entering the front gates that is GUARANTEED to be a winner. Fans will win prizes from either the SeaWolves or Wendy’s. One lucky fan will even have a chance at a $5,000 grand prize. Fans can also play catch of the field following each Sunday game.

The 2008 season also features the best promotional item giveaway schedule in team history. The ‘Wolves will give away over 40 different items this season. The complete giveaway schedule will be released next week!
