Group Procedures

A non-refundable deposit is due within one month of your reservation. Deposits are based on an estimated number of tickets.
Final ticket count & payment is due 14 days in advance of your game date. The SeaWolves reserve the right to release any tickets not paid in full by the given date. Tickets can be added after this time, however, we cannot guarantee that these tickets will be located with the group and immediate payment is to be made for additional tickets.
Upon receipt of payment, your tickets will be available for pick-up at the Jerry Uht Park Box Office. Please call your account representative before coming to pick up your tickets. Your group package can be mailed for a minimum shipping fee of $5.
Group reservations can be made or added to up to one day prior to your game date with immediate payment.
If the game your group is attending gets rained out, your tickets can be redeemed for another SeaWolves game either as a group or on an individual basis. All tickets are subject to availability.
The SeaWolves have posters and other materials to help promote your event.
